We spent 1 night in a new-fashioned and updated standard king room with a tub. the location in a fairly nice area was favorable. - There were fairgrounds and all stores nearby. - City center was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel.

The location here is top-notch, right next to the Peter Pan bus station and close to stores near the Maryland Fairgrounds 🚌. We grabbed an early meal at Sonic on York Road, which was super convenient since it's just around the corner.
